Returning an Item
Luggage Superstore offer free returns on all items purchased from our website.
Goods purchased from our regular site can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Goods purchased with a Boutique Tag can be returned within 90 days of receipt.
All items returned must be in a re-saleable condition and can be returned via our Returns Centre.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging AND with all tags attached. A full refund will be made, less outbound delivery charges (for items under £50.00 and next day delivery) on receipt.
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a printable label
How to ship back your order
For instructions on how to send your item back to us, please refer to the email sent after placing your return request. Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their original packaging with the supplier tags still attached.
Refunds
In the event of a valid return, refunds for goods purchased will only be refunded back to the original payment source or a store credit may be offered. In accordance with DSR, this will take place within 5 Working days of receipt of the item. Gift cards are not refundable.
