Luggage Superstore are fully in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 that came into force on May 25th, 2018. The Luggage Superstore Security and Privacy Policy outlines why we require your personal data and how we will use your data to process and order. We will never sell your details on to a 3rd party, nor will we contact you for marketing purposes, unless you choose to opt into our newsletter. Customers must be aware that they own their own data.

The Right to Access data
Registered Customers are able to access, amend or delete their details at any time. Please log into your account to access your personal details. If you are a Guest Customer and would like to request details of the information held about you, we will send this information to you within 1 month, free of charge.
The Right to Rectification
As we have outlined above, registered customers can access, edit, or delete their data through the ‘My Account’ section of our website, at any point. Alternatively, if requested, we can amend or delete any data that we hold about you. If you are a Guest Customer and would like us to amend or delete details of the information held about you, we will make any changes, free of charge, within 1 month.
The Right to Erased/be forgotten or restricted
At any point, a customer may choose to have their data removed from our system.

This right enables customers to move, copy or transfer their personal data we hold on them within our system to another service in a safe way. Please contact Luggage Superstore on the process for this procedure.
Placing an Order
When you place an order on Luggage Superstore, we may collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services. The type of information that we will collect to process an order will include - Your title and name; known address; delivery address; contact telephone numbers; e-mail address; order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners. We will never share or sell your personal data with any other parties.
You may create an account with us to allow a faster checkout process and to allow you to track the progress of your order. Your personal data will be held in accordance with the above points as to how we are conforming to the GDPR legislation. You also have the option of creating a guest account. We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements. Only customers who have chosen to sign up to our newsletter will be contacted regarding any services or promotions that we run from time to time. We will not contact you for market research purposes, nor to market any promotions, unless you have opted into subscribing to our newsletter.
If you are placing an order for somebody else, please ensure that you have the right to do this. Luggage Superstore highly advises gaining written permission from the 3rd party customer to submit their personal data to us.

The purpose of our newsletter is to promote certain products/special offers/discount codes. Individuals registering their details or subscribing to the newsletter online may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of this data. We will never ask you for your address or telephone number when requesting personal details for the purpose of newsletter subscription.
