Please read this section carefully before placing a return request.

Return Timeframes

All items purchased from our website come with FREE 60 days returns.

Return Details

All items returned within the 60 day returns period must be in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Items can an be returned via our Returns Centre.

On receipt, a full refund will be made, less outbound delivery charges (for items under £50.00 and next day delivery).

How to Make a Return

Returning an Item

Luggage Superstore offer free returns on all items purchased from our website. To make a request for your return, please visit our Returns Centre.

Once you have accessed our Returns Centre, please follow the steps below to ensure your return is successful. Note: For customers with Northern Ireland postcodes, return requests may fail. We will get in contact with you to make alternative arrangements for returning your order.

  • Enter your order number and email address to start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • We can only offer an exchange for the same product of a different colour.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a printable label.
Shipping Back Your Order

Please refer to the email sent after placing your return request. Please seal the original delivery box securely and remove existing labels. Place the new printed delivery label on the box and take the box to your local DPD drop shop. These will be listed on the email confirmation.

You will be provided with proof of drop off, please retain this until we have actioned your return.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event of a valid return, refunds for goods purchased will only be refunded to the original payment source or a store credit may be offered. In accordance with DSR, this will take place within 5 Working days of receipt of the item. Gift cards are not refundable. Any items found to have been used will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

This section explains more about our shipping timeframes, the couriers we use and what to expect during the delivery of your order.

Delivery Times

We have a number of delivery options and timeframes available on our products. Delivery times and estimated dates of delivery will be shown at the checkout and within order confirmations.

Standard Delivery

We offer FREE UK Mainland Delivery on all orders over the value of £50.00. Orders under the value of £50.00 will incur a charge of £4.95.

Orders will usually be delivered within the outlined delivery time frame shown at checkout (unless otherwise advised).

Postcodes IV, HS, AB, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE and BT may incur an additional 1–2 day transit period.

Next Day Delivery (£4.95)

Next Day Delivery is available to most mainland UK postcodes for £4.95. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Thursday and before 1pm Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders received outside of these times may be processed the next working day.

Next Day Delivery operates Monday–Friday only. No deliveries take place on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Use the Next Day Delivery filter or look for the badge on eligible products.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland take 2 working days. Orders under £50.00 will be charged £9.90 for Next Day Delivery.

Weekend Delivery (£8.95)

If you need delivery on a weekend, select Weekend Delivery at checkout before 1pm Friday. Your order will arrive by Sunday at the latest.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be scheduled for the following Sunday. Delivery dates are shown at checkout and in order confirmation.

Refunds will not be issued for Sunday deliveries where the correct delivery option was not selected at checkout.

Same Day London (£14.95)

Same day delivery is available for selected London postcodes. If your postcode is eligible, this option will appear at checkout. Orders must be placed before 2pm. Charges vary by zone.

Non-Residential Premises

Luggage Superstore will not take any responsibility for orders that are shipped to commercial or non-residential premises and are then consequently lost following a successful delivery. Commercial properties include but are not limited to; Hotels, B&B's, AirBnB's, Holiday Parks and any other property that is not listed as a residential property.

Outside of UK Mainland

We are currently not able to offer delivery to The Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isles of Scilly or any European Countries.

Shipping Partners

We work with DPD, one of the UK's most reliable and trusted couriers. All deliveries are sent via a tracked method. We may also use alternative couriers, where necessary.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to the DPD tracking portal. You can follow your parcel in real time, including the driver’s location and expected delivery time. DPD provides customers with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. You’ll receive a text and/or email notification with options to rearrange or deliver to a local DPD pick-up shop, if needed.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery at the provided address.

If no one is available, your parcel may be left in a safe space, taken to a local pickup shop or returned to Luggage Superstore. If you miss your delivery, DPD will leave a calling card or send a notification with options to reschedule or change the delivery address. You can also arrange for collection from a nearby DPD Pickup Point.

Missed Deliveries

DPD may attempt delivery up to two times.

Service Disruptions

While we aim to deliver every order on time, occasionally circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. These can include:

  • Severe weather conditions (e.g. snow, floods, storms)
  • National or regional courier network disruptions
  • Industrial action affecting courier operations
  • High seasonal demand (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas)
  • Unexpected operational issues at distribution hubs

In the event of a disruption, we work closely with our delivery partners (primarily DPD) to minimise delays.

Please note:During disruption periods, delivery timeframes may be extended, and services such as Next Day or Weekend Delivery may be temporarily unavailable in certain areas.
