How does it work?
We know how frustrating it can be to find that you have ordered the wrong size suitcase or maybe it’s not quite what you were expecting but don’t worry. PayPal has got this sorted. When you pay with PayPal, PayPal will cover the return shipping back to us for FREE. It really is simple. All you have to do is to log into your account and enable the Free Return Shipping Service before making a purchase and PayPal will cover return delivery up to £15.00.
What do you need to do after you've enabled the service?
Place your order as normal with us and if you want to keep your item, that's great! If you want to return it to us, let us know that you wish to return the item. Package it back up, arrange and pay for delivery back to us and KEEP YOUR DELIVERY RECEIPT. This part is extremely important. Once it is on its way back to us, all you need to do is log into PayPal, select the purchase that you are returning, take a picture of the delivery receipt, upload it to PayPal and if accepted PayPal will refund the delivery costs in full.
It really is that simple.
