Free ReturnsFor any orders placed between 5pm on Thursday 18th April 2019 and 5pm Friday 26th April 2019, we are offering free returns. This offer applies to any item purchased on our website between these dates only. We must be informed before Monday 6th May 2019 that an order is to be returned to us and must be returned in its original packaging, unused and with the original tags still in place. Simply, follow the link here and we’ll do the rest. (Please ignore the £7.50 charge outlined on our DPD portal as this will not apply to during our free returns period.)
We offer free delivery on all products with an order value over £50.00
Delivery in most cases is free. Please call 01732 753300 to check availability for Next Day Delivery option at £4.95. We will advise you before shipping of any additional delivery charge for customers in areas outside of the UK mainland and the highlands. Orders will usually be delivered within 5 working days of order, (unless we advise you otherwise).
Area 1 is Free - England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. (Area 1 is made up of postcodes not mentioned in areas 2 and 3)
*Area 2 - The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE)
*Area 3 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly. (Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE)
Orders will usually be delivered within 7 - 10 working days of order, (unless we advise you otherwise). The following delivery charges apply.

On what basis do you return goods?
Goods can be returned at customers own expense, within 14 days of receipt and in saleable condition. Goods must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
All items returned to us as faulty will be checked by the manufacturer. Only items that have failed due to a fault in the manufacturing process will be either replaced, repaired or refunded. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, it does not cover damage caused by misuse,airline damage, neglect or failure to follow recommended use.
Please note our returns and warranty policies do not cover wear and tear, only manufacturing faults. We do not cover airline damage, this needs to be disputed directly with the airline or carrier involved
A full refund will be made less outbound delivery charges (for items under £50.00 and next day delivery) on receipt.

Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, unless we delivered the item in error or the item is faulty.
You are responsible for any item until it reaches us, so it is advisable to use a traceable method of postage via a courier.
To book with our preferred courier DPD, please follow the below link to their customer friendly online portal. Returns are chargeable at £7.50, which will be deducted from your refund on return.
If the service you require is not available or you would prefer to use an alternative courier, we will refund a maximum of £8.00 per item for the return of faulty goods.

How can I return goods damaged by your carrier?
Simply send the goods back to us free of charge. A carrier will be arranged at our expense. (Please advise us of any damage within 3 days of receipt). Also if the packaging is damaged when it is delivered please sign that it is.
How are payments refunded to customers for returned goods?
In the event of a valid return, refunds for goods purchased will only be placed on the original card of payment. In accordance with DSR, this will take place within 5 Working days of receipt of item.
What warranties or guarantees are provided with goods sold?
All items are guaranteed for at least 1 year against manufacturing defects, however some products will come with an extended manufacturer guarantee.
