These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or direct with Luggage Superstore Ltd. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Orders
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods: MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 3, Klarna, American Express and Amazon Pay. Online transactions via secure server. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. All other details are on our Security & Privacy terms.
The shown web price includes VAT at 20%. To calculate the tax-free value of the goods, divide the price shown by 1.20 All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.
Customers who are shopping from abroad will be shown their countries prices in the respective currency.
Products, Prices & Content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible to those of the actual product, due to technical limitations, some colours may vary. Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. Any information displayed on our website(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice.
All sizes quoted on our products include the wheels and any outer fittings that may be present on products included but not limited to: Handles, wheels, locks, pockets and sleeve straps.
All information on our web site is updated regularly. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Discount Codes & Voucher Codes
Luggage Superstore reserves the right to remove or change any offered voucher codes at any point and without notice. Voucher & Discount Codes can only be used by customers ordering from within the United Kingdom. Only 1 Voucher Code can be used on any order. Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher codes. We cannot be responsible for the validity of voucher codes which are offered on any 3rd party websites.
Gift Vouchers
Luggage Superstore E-Gift Cards can be used to buy any item on our website. If items exceed the amount of the E-Gift Card, the balance can be paid by our usual means of payment ie) Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card etc. E-Gift Cards are activated at the time of ordering and will expire 12 months after activation. Once the E-Gift Card has expired the balance will no longer be available to use. Please treat the E-Gift Card Voucher like cash - If lost, the balance of funds on the E-Card will be lost.
In line with trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible, all E-Cards are sent via email. These can be printed off and given to somebody else if required but Luggage Superstore does not offer physical cards/print outs ourselves. The E-Card contains the monetary value, which was paid, in advance, at the point of purchase. It is not a credit card, charge card, cheque guarantee card, or debit card and the balance on your Card will not earn any interest.
The full value of the E-Gift Card should be used on one purchase.
We can only provide an additional voucher code for the remaining amounts to be used against further purchases at Luggage Superstore. If you feel you have any remaining balance, please email us at customerservice@luggagesuperstore.co.uk and we will generate a new code of any outstanding balances.
Codes are automatically generated through our online store.
E-Gift Cards can only be used once.
Gift Card purchases are made in line with our existing terms & conditions. E-Gift Cards can be refused, terminated or deemed void at our own discretion. Luggage Superstore may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any change to these Terms and Conditions as required by law. Please check our website periodically for updates. If you have any queries or complaints regarding your purchase, contact us, quoting your order number given to you in your confirmation email.

Free Gifts
Some of our products are offered with Free Gifts. Free Gifts offered at any one time are based on a ‘per order’ basis rather than a ‘per item’ and applies while stocks last. We reserve the right to substitute any free gift with an item of equal or higher value. Luggage Superstore reserves the right to remove Free Gifts without prior notice.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Luggage Superstore until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
